In these crazy times of stress and change, homeschooling, and quarantine, it can be difficult and challenging for many of us to find and maintain balance between body and mind. Especially for moms, it's difficult at the moment to juggle motherhood, work, and personal life without completely forgetting about ourselves. Selfcare is not selfish, as the saying goes. Now the year is almost over, and what have we done for ourselves?
We want to use this time of retreat and stress positively and achieve greater clarity, balance, and physical and mental well-being from the comfort of your own home. Take a month to reflect on your own needs and find time for rest and relaxation. This month is your chance to develop further and embark on a journey into your inner self.

Namasté is a greeting from ancient Indian Sanskrit. The term is composed of the syllables nama (to bow), as (I), and té (you). Namasté means something like 'The divine in me honors the divine in you.' In the Namasté greeting gesture, the palms of the hands are placed together in front of the chest and the head is slightly bowed towards the chest. This expresses reverence and gratefully acknowledges the presence of the other person. It is a sign of deep respect and comes from the heart. Namasté essentially represents the themes we want to explore this month: gratitude, self-love, respect, and mindfulness. The greeting gesture is used as a greeting at the beginning and as a farewell at the end of a yoga class.
Namaste, however, is not just a greeting; it is also a way of life that expresses respect for ourselves, our fellow human beings, and nature. This philosophy of life is about detaching ourselves from the ego, opening our hearts to gratitude in all areas of our lives, and finding balance with body and mind.
