Withdraw from contract
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (mara mea GmbH, Güterstraße 2, 64807 Dieburg, Telephone number: 06071 6658939 , E-mail address: info@maramea.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

You also have the option to declare your withdrawal electronically via the "Withdrawal button" provided in our online shop.
The electronic withdrawal is carried out in a legally prescribed two-stage procedure. After initiating the withdrawal via the withdrawal button ("Withdraw from contract"), you will be asked to enter the information required for the withdrawal and then explicitly confirm the declaration ("Confirm withdrawal").
After completing the process, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal declaration on a durable medium.
This notice supplements the right of withdrawal information and exclusively describes the additional possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal electronically.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
