Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply select the payment method that works best for you. Shipping costs depend in part on the payment method selected. The prices quoted in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you be required to pay additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties (e.g., customs duties). These taxes are not payable to the seller, however, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be accessed via the "Shipping Costs" page, are shown separately during the ordering process, and are to be borne by you in addition.

PayPal

Pay even more securely and quickly with your PayPal account. To pay via the online provider PayPal, the customer must be registered with the provider or register first. During the ordering process, the customer is redirected to the provider's website, where they can verify their identity using the payment terms and confirm the payment instruction to us. Information on the countries where payment via PayPal is possible can be found at www.paypal.com.

PayPal is an online payment service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à rl & Cie, SCA, which offers a real-time payment solution. To use PayPal, the customer needs a PayPal account where they can store their bank or credit card details so they don't have to enter them again for each purchase. Once the account is created, PayPal enables a straightforward payment process by entering their email address and password. The PayPal account is then directly debited with the corresponding amount, and the customer receives an order confirmation via email. Please note that refunds for payments made with PayPal will be credited to your PayPal account. Further information can be found at www.paypal.com

To ensure that we can process your order quickly, please always include your name and the order/invoice number in the purpose field.

Please note that your goods will not be dispatched until we have received the invoice amount.

If no payment is made within ten days of receipt of the order, the order will be cancelled.

Credit card payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard (Eurocard) via Shopify Payments.

At the end of the ordering process, enter the card number and expiration month from the front of your credit card, as well as the security code from the back of your credit card. The security code consists only of the last three digits of the number in the signature field. We do not store your credit card information.
